To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, we have the following cancellation policy: • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. • If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, or if you fail to show up, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged 30% of the service total to the card on file. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show, resulting in the same policy being applied.
